Editorial note | Gendering
For reasons of better readability, no gender-specific differentiation is made in our company texts for personal nouns and the masculine form is used instead (generic masculine). Corresponding personal designations apply to all genders.
The exception to this is currently our training campaign: here we use the gender asterisk as well as the double designation with a slash in headlines, job advertisements and on posters. The reasons for the latter approach include better findability on job portals and in search engines.
ESWE Verkehr is endeavouring to find a consistent and gender-appropriate solution for all company texts.
We like to see posts that ...
- point out interesting things to us and/or ESWE Verkehr fans or draw their attention to interesting facts.
- motivate us at ESWE Verkehr to keep improving our services.
- are thoughtful, constructive and inspiring.
- are open, friendly and respectful.
- always remain tolerant - especially if not everyone shares the opinion of the respective author.

However, we do not like to see contributions that ...
- are offensive or harmful to minors or contain verbal abuse or insults.
- contain obviously untrue statements of fact or attack the human dignity of other users.
- obviously pursue only one goal: spam.
- violate the intimate, private or confidential sphere of other persons or violate applicable law, e.g. copyright or personal rights.
- contain internal ESWE Verkehrsgesellschaft mbH information that is not intended for the public.
We reserve the right to hide or delete posts that fulfil one of the above criteria in the interests of all users.
