Have you lost or forgotten something? Our lost and found office keeps all items found on buses, the Nerobergbahn, and in THermine.

There are various ways to get in touch with us.

Online Lost & Found

The most convenient option is the Online Lost & Found service. Here, you can register with your name and complete address, and you will promptly receive information on whether the lost item has been found.

Privacy Notice
We will process your data for 12 months from today or until you withdraw your consent. You have the right to revoke your consent at any time by providing us with an informal notice. The legality of the processing carried out based on this consent until the withdrawal remains unaffected.

Lost Keys: In-person visit to the Lost and Found office required.
Lost Phones: IMEI and/or SIM card number required.
Lost Items (Large Quantities): In-person visit to the Lost and Found office required (for clothing, towels, glasses, umbrellas, books, stationery, swimming gear).

Legal base

Section 978 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and Section 12 of the General Transport Terms and Conditions of the Rhein-Main Transport Association (RMV)

Processing Time

For lost items that contain the personal details of the owner (such as identification documents), a written notification will be sent promptly.
Items like smartphones, keys, etc., will be entered into the online search system in a timely manner.
