Ihre Zahlungsmöglichkeiten bei uns
Die Bundesweiten Betrugsfälle rund um das Deutschland-Ticket treffen auch ESWE Verkehr. Daher sehen wir uns gezwungen, die Zahlung per SEPA-Lastschriftverfahren für Neukunden auszusetzen.
Bestehende Kunden
Kunden, die ihr Ticket bereits per Lastschrift bezahlen, können dies weiterhin tun. Eine Änderung der Bankverbindung für Käufe in der App ist nicht möglich.
Neukunden
Neukunden können ihre Tickets per Kreditkarte (MasterCard und VISA) und demnächst auch über Paypal kaufen.
Alternativ
Es besteht weiter die Möglichkeit, ein Deutschland-Ticket-Abonnement in einer unserer Vorverkaufsstellen oder über unser Abo-Online-Portal abzuschließen. Dabei kann ein SEPA-Lastschriftmandat jeweils bis zum 10. des Vormonats erteilt werden.

Where do I enter my existing customer number?
During the ordering process, you have the option of entering your subscription or chip card number. If you already have an active subscription, we will cancel it in accordance with the fare conditions. Please note that you can only switch from your existing ESWE subscription to the ticket app by the 10th of the previous month at the latest.

Where can I cancel or terminate my order?
Unfortunately, mobile phone tickets cannot be exchanged. However, you can cancel them under the menu item ‘Orders’ (you can find this by clicking on the first letter of your first name in the top right-hand corner) before the first day of validity or cancel your subscription by the 10th of the month to the end of the month in question.

When will my ticket be activated?
Tickets that are ordered in advance will be activated as soon as the corresponding payment has been debited. Until this time, they are highlighted in grey in the ‘My tickets’ section and marked as pre-orders.

Can I also use my ticket offline if there is no internet connection?
Yes, tickets that have already been purchased can be accessed and used offline.

Can I use the mobile ticket and a chip card (eTicket) simultaneously?
You can choose between the mobile ticket or the chip card to use your Deutschlandticket. Please note that only one of these options can be used as the user medium at a time.

I would like to cancel my Deutschlandticket in the app. How do I do that?
Notice of termination can be given in the following ways:
- via our online cancellation form
- by e-mail to: jahresabo@eswe-verkehr.de
- by letter to: ESWE Verkehr Mobility Center, Marktstraße 10, 65183 Wiesbaden
- in the ESWE Verkehr ticket app (if the Deutschlandticket/job ticket was purchased as a mobile phone ticket)

I would like to cancel my subscription, what deadlines do I need to observe?
The Deutschlandticket can be cancelled monthly until the 10th of the previous month.

Where can I enable push notifications?
On your smartphone, go to Settings > Apps to turn push notifications on or off.

Why do I need to provide my name when purchasing a ticket?
Mobile tickets are always issued as personalized tickets to prevent fraud. Therefore, you may be required to show identification upon request.

Will there be a widget?
No widget is currently being planned. However, we will be happy to take your suggestions on board.

Why can't I select SEPA direct debit as a payment method?
For reasons of fraud prevention, we are forced to temporarily deactivate SEPA direct debits as a payment method for new customers. As soon as additional security measures are implemented, we will offer payment by direct debit again.

Why do I need to update my payment details if they are already up to date?
Since 21 May 2024, our new terms and conditions apply and payment is processed via our new payment service provider. It is therefore necessary to re-enter your payment details so that you can use your Deutschlandticket as usual and the amount can be regularly debited from your account.

There has been a returned direct debit on my bank account. How can I settle the outstanding amount?

What payment methods are available?
- Credit card (MasterCard and VISA - your full name, credit card number and card verification number are required for the system)
- Paypal (a separate Paypal account is required for this)
- SEPA direct debit (temporarily deactivated for new customers)

I have pre-ordered the ticket, when will my account be debited?
Your account will be debited by Logpay on the last day of the month before the start of your ticket.

Why is the wrong price being displayed for my JobTicket?
Please ensure that you have ordered the correct ticket. The selection for the JobTicket Deutschland can be found in the ticket overview under the Deutschlandticket. If everything seems correct here and the issue persists, please ask your employer or contact our JobTicket team via the email firmencard@eswe-verkehr.de.

Where can I find the JobTicket Germany in the app?
Once you have linked your personal QR code with your employer, you can easily select your JobTicket Germany under the "Buy Tickets" section.
