You can reach our ESWE Verkehr service phone Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the number (0611) 450 22-450.

Outside of ESWE Verkehr's service hours, you can get schedule and fare information through the Rhein-Main Transport Association's hotline. Staff are available around the clock at (069) 24 24 80 24.

Wiesbaden mobility center

For all questions relating to mobility, visit our mobility centre in the city centre at Marktstraße 10 (bus stop "Dernsches Gelände/Rathaus/Schloßplatz"), 65183 Wiesbaden. Here you will receive personal mobility advice on site. Our complete range of tickets is also available here.

Our main locations

Omnibusbetriebshof (OBH)

The location "OBH" at Gartenfeldstraße 18 is a 24/7 active workplace with workshops, charging infrastructure for battery buses, a traffic control center, and various business areas such as bus operations, technology, and personnel.

Wilhelmstraße 7

The location at Wilhelmstraße 7 includes offices for finance and accounting, purchasing and marketing, as well as training rooms.


Ombudsperson contact details

The ESWE Verkehrsgesellschaft mbH is introducing an ombudsperson as a preventive measure to protect against legal violations, effective immediately. The ombudsperson is available to employees, suppliers, contractors, and other interested parties for reporting legal violations or breaches of internal company policies.
