Shipping costs

There are no shipping costs for sending the chip card.

Delivery times

The ticket purchased in the form of a chip card will be sent by post to the address given in the order approximately one week before the start of the validity period.

Terms of payment

The following payment options are available:

Payment is made on the basis of a mandate issued for the SEPA direct debit procedure, whereby this SEPA direct debit mandate is issued by ticking a confirmation box in the online portal as part of the ordering process before completing the order. In addition, reference is made to the Special Terms and Conditions for Annual Season Ticket Subscriptions in the Rhine-Main Transport Association (RMV).

The customer guarantees to ensure that the account is covered. Costs incurred due to non-payment or chargeback of the direct debit shall be borne by the customer, provided that the non-payment or chargeback was not caused by ESWE Verkehr.

The customer shall not incur any further costs for payment by SEPA direct debit.
