Event ticket
- Especially affordable for numerous public festivals in Wiesbaden and Mainz, such as the Sternschnuppenmarkt, Carnival, the Rheingau Wine Week, or a Sunday shopping event in Mainz (Mainz-trifft-sich-Ticket)
- Valid for a round trip until 5:00 a.m. the following morning
- Available during the respective event period from ESWE Verkehr and Mainzer Mobilität: at advance ticket offices, ticket machines, and directly from the bus driver
- Please validate the ticket immediately after boarding (for both outbound and return trips) in the stamping machine!

Carnival ticket
Six days of travel during Carnival
- Exclusive for Carnival season: With the Carnival pass, one person can travel by bus (and tram in Mainz) from Altweiberdonnerstag through Fastnachtsdienstag
- Valid for 1 person
- From Altweiberdonnerstag through Fastnachtsdienstag (a total of 6 days)
- Service ends at 4:00 a.m. on Ash Wednesday
- Available during the respective event period from ESWE Verkehr and Mainzer Mobilität: at advance ticket offices, ticket machines, and directly from the bus/tram staff
Kombiticket
Combo ticket
- Local transport ticket integrated into the admission ticket for a cultural or sporting event (and therefore included in the event’s entrance fee)
- Usually valid throughout the entire RMV fare area, sometimes only within the Mainz-Wiesbaden Transport Association (VMW) region
- Identifiable by the “KombiTicket” logo printed on the admission ticket
- Entitles the holder to a round trip to and from the event venue

Anschlussticket
Connection ticket
- With the connection ticket can you travel more cheaply outside the validity area of your time-based ticket.
- Can be combined with the following time-based tickets: weekly ticket, monthly ticket, 9 a.m. monthly ticket, annual ticket (including subscription), 9-a.m. subscription, as well as JobTicket/CompanyCard (provided the price level is printed on the ticket).
- Connection tickets can, for example, be purchased at our ticket machines.
