How can I cancel the Hessen WI15 student ticket?
Please note that notice of termination in the first year of the contract must be given by the 10th of the previous month at the latest. If the contract is terminated in the first year of the contract, an additional charge will be levied in accordance with the Joint Tariff Regulations of the Transport Associations in Hesse for the Hesse School Ticket.
This means that in the event of premature termination in the first year of the contract, additional charges must be borne solely by the customer. No subsidy from the City of Wiesbaden applies here.
Here is an example calculation:
Cancellation after 3 months: €31.00 x 3 months = €93.00 additional charge
Cancellation after 10 months: € 31.00 x 2 months up to the full contract year = € 62.00
From the second year of the contract, there is no additional charge. The contract can then be terminated at any time at the end of a calendar month.
Notice of termination can be given in the following ways:
- via our online cancellation form
- by e-mail to: jahresabo@eswe-verkehr.de
- by letter to: ESWE Verkehr Mobility Center, Marktstraße 10, 65183 Wiesbaden
